Conditions & prices:

All prices are in Euros and include IVA (VAT). There are no extra costs if not published.

Sales.

As each property is different, the interested parties will agree the terms of sale on an individual basis. We will act on behalf of the owner until the sale is closed.

Renting.

The properties are rented furnished & equipped, ready for immediate use.
The description & details of each property are what the owner has given us and have been published in our web site in good faith. Not withstanding we have checked the information given to us for each property to avoid discrepancies, and was correct at the time of publishing.

The properties are rented for periods of 1 week, 2 weeks or monthly. Some properties will have established days for the beginning and end of the rental period.

Reservations, payment & cancellation of rentals.

The reservation will not be processed until written confirmation has been received.

To confirm a rental reservation a deposit of 20% of the total cost is necessary and should be received by us within the time limits stipulated in the reservation confirmation document.

The remaining moneys shall be paid not less than 15 days before the start of the rental period.

Once total payment has been received we will send by FAX o Email your rental agreement that must be returned signed by the customer. We will then send an invoice corresponding to the agreed rental period, for this reason we will need your complete Name and Address.

Payment can be made using VISA, Mastercard or bank transfer, in the case of a bank transfer from outside Spain there will be an additional 6 Euro handling charge.

Cancellation.

Cancellation made 30 days before the start of the rental period, all moneys paid will be returned less administration costs of 50 Euros.
Cancellation made 15 to 30 days before the start of the rental period will be charged 20% of the total rental cost.
Cancellation made less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, no refund.
